Lesmond Lee is a seasoned accounting professional with over 25 years of experience in audit, taxation, and financial advisory. His career began in 1996 as an Audit Assistant, where he rose through the ranks to become Audit Manager by 2000, earning recognition for his extensive expertise.

His vast experience spans audits for diverse sectors, including manufacturing, trading, housing development, and non-profit organizations, as well as specialized audits for solicitors' accounts.

Lesmond is also proficient in tax services, handling computations, returns, audits, and appeals for various entities. His dedication to excellence and his in-depth knowledge have made him a trusted advisor to clients seeking reliable and innovative financial solutions.

Armed with a degree in HR Development and certifications from PIAM, LIMA, FIMM, and as a Lead Auditor (ISO), Leonard is a trusted advisor in navigating complex risk landscapes.

As a Chartered ESG Sustainability Manager, he merges risk expertise with sustainable practices, helping businesses achieve resilience and long-term success. Outside of work, Leonard is passionate about business networking, immersing himself in literature, and enjoying the art of music.
